My name is Casey McGuire. I am a 37 year old trail runner, who has been trail running for about 8 years now. I studied Kinesiology at San Diego State University, and have always enjoyed any and all knowledge related to health and fitness that I could run across. I live in a small desert town in Southern California, and this is my playground. Athletics and exercise have been a large, and extremely important part of my entire life. Trail running has simply become my greatest passion of all. I am quite eager to share this passion and exchange motivation with others who comprehend the need to stride atop the grandeur of earth.
