One of the leading causes of muscle craps is a magnesium deficiency. I just got done reading a great article on the topic called "<a href="http://jaajoe.com/Men-s-Health/Calf-Injuries-and-Magnesium-Deficiency.html" rel="nofollow">Calf Injuries and Magnesium Deficiency</a>," that I would suggest

While trying to lose belly fat it is important that you have a positive attitude.
I also think that changing your diet is more important for healthy weight loss then exercise, but combining them is ideal of course

Hi Karl, Just wanted to know when you plan on the attempt and which
direction you're going to go. I live in Vermont and, depending on when
you're going to be in this neck of the woods, am ready to provide
assistance. Zeke

Isn't this all true. I remember I set a PR for a 10K and my chip fell off at the start/finish line. It sucked too because I walked the whole 10K race afterwords to finally be told it was dropped at the finish line and I had placed 1st in my age group. LOL. Good ole Murphy.

2 funny! Great stuff.
I don't go vroom vroom...
I go: "I think I can I think I can I think I can" instead.
And when I make it I go: "I knew I could I knew I could I knew I could."

I still think "Digger the Dermatophyte" wins for most disgusting commercial. I turn off the TV when that one comes on. Just the thought of* lifting up a toenail* makes me shudder.
