I apologize to any readers for my absence for a couple of days this week.  I would like to say I was in the Ozarks training up and down some beautiful trails, but I wasn’t.  I’m not even sure where the Ozarks are, to be quite honest.  That isn’t to say that if I knew where they were, I would have been there.  It just seemed fun to write, and it was.  For all I know, it is a bad time of year to be there anyway.  This could be Ozark mosquito season, while at the same time, there could be some great Ozark political uproar, and some epidemic of skin disease tearing it’s way through Ozark national park like a wild fire.

Well now, I am certainly glad that I was not there.  As my ignorance keeps knowledge at bay, it can also tuck me away safely from the dangers that abide out there.  I hope this has been a strong explanation for my brief time off.  I do not foresee more non-existent trips for me again soon, and certainly not to the Ozarks.
